Concerning the subject of hermaphrodites and intersex, what must be considered is that God has created and continues to create human beings "male" OR "female."

Noteworthy it is that there is NO extra nor additional inclusion of "male WHILE female" or "female WHILE mail" NOR ANY OTHER GENDER TYPE ANYWHERE within the TOTALITY of the Sacred-66-books Old-and-New-Testament Holy Bible.

Deuteronomy 22:5 A woman [female human gender] shall not wear anything that pertains to a man [male human gender], nor shall a man put on a woman's garment; for whoever does these things is an abomination to the LORD your God.

What PHYSICAL STRUCTURE does a particular-individual human being URINATE with? Out of a pussy crevice...OR INSTEAD out of a penis of whatever various size and shape within limited operational boundaries conductive to human survival? Urine EITHER comes out of a female pussy crevice OR out of a male penis...NOT and NEVER out of BOTH.

The next aspect involves human reproduction. A human might have one or two dysfunctional ovaries PLUS testes, OR dysfunctional testes and one or two functional ovaries. But it is not possible for both the ovaries AND the testes in ONE person handicapped with such to have FUNCTIONAL testes AND FUNCTIONAL ovary or ovaries simultaneously.

To wit, EITHER reproductive semen is produced by a human... OR reproductive eggs are produced by a human -- NEVER BOTH. The overall description of a human as "male" - and the overall description of another human as "female" - also involves whether each CONSISTENTLY and ONLY has XX or XY genes in EVERY SINGLE cell of EVERY SINGLE part of their ENTIRE bodies (blood, bones, muscles, and all sorts of different tissues comprising the different types of organs).

That, in combination with whether they produce potentially-reproductive SEMEN - OR INSTEAD - produce potentially-reproductive ovarian EGGS, is a vital factor in honestly determining their gender from the Bible's point of view.

Added to that, the physical STRUCTURES for conveying EITHER the semen OR INSTEAD the ovarian egg to a person of the opposite gender for potential or probable human reproduction resulting in pregnancy of ONE of them (NOT BOTH) in terms of THEIR OPPOSITE-gender genes AND in terms of THEIR semen OR egg), is the additional vital factor in honestly determining their male OR female gender (NOT and NEVER BOTH).

To wit, the reproductive semen is ALWAYS emitted out of a working and AUTOMATICALLY-erectible penis - NEVER out of a vaginal pussy crevice . . . and the reproductive egg is ALWAYS emitted out of a working and AUTOMATICALLY- ejecting ovary or ovaries - NEVER out of a working and automatically-erectible penis.

Relating to ONLY ONE of the TWO genders capable of getting pregnant and birthing human offspring (newborn progenie of EITHER but NOT BOTH male OR female gender) is plainly indicated by pertinent verses of Scripture:
